Extending Your Stay
Brightspeed Business is pleased to host you and your guest for 3 nights, April 10 – 13, 2025, at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. If you would like to extend your stay, the group room rate, inclusive of taxes and fees, will be available for three nights pre-trip (April 7, 8, 9) and three nights post-trip (April 13, 14, 15). Transportation will be provided for you and your guest to and from the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa on your extension dates. Any additional room nights, airfare, or other expenses related to your extension are at your own expense.
Extending your stay is not guaranteed as it is based on availability at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. After you have completed registration, the Brightspeed Business Events Team will contact the resort to confirm availability for your requested extension. Please note that your flights cannot be booked until you have received confirmation on resort availability from the Brightspeed Business Events Team. Your extended stay confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible.
If you are extending at another property, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.
