Extending Your Stay
SONIC and Coca-Cola are pleased to host you and your guest for three nights, February 21 – 24, 2025 at the Omni Royal Orleans. If you would like to extend your stay, the group room rate will be available for three nights pre-trip (February 18, 19, 20) and three nights post-trip (February 24, 25, 26), based on availability. The discounted group rate is $362 USD, inclusive of taxes and fees, per room, per night. Taxes and fees are subject to change. Any additional room nights, airfare, or other expenses related to your extension are at your own expense.
Extending your stay is not guaranteed as it is based on availability at the Omni Royal Orleans. After you have completed registration, the Coca-Cola C.R.E.W. Challenge Events Team will contact the hotel to confirm availability for your requested extension. Please note that your flights cannot be booked until you have received confirmation on hotel availability from the Coca-Cola C.R.E.W. Challenge Events Team. Your extended stay confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible.
