When you register, you will have the opportunity to enter your preferred flight details. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests. Once you have submitted your registration and any extensions or deviations have been confirmed, the air team will book flights for you and your guest. You will be contacted via email within three business days with a flight itinerary for your review and approval. Please double-check the spelling of your name on your air itineraries to ensure it matches your government-issued ID.

An email response is required within 24 hours of receipt, acknowledging that you have received the airline schedule. Upon your approval, the airline ticket will be issued.

For those who need to fly to /DESTINATION/, you will be responsible for booking your own round-trip airfare to /AIRPORT NAME/ (/AIRPORT CODE/). The REAL ID Act for domestic travel within the United States went into effect on May 7, 2025. The REAL ID Act establishes minimum security standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards. A valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport is required to board your flight. You can check if your driver's license is REAL ID compliant with the Department of Homeland Security. You will not be able to proceed through security without a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport.

TurnPoint Services will provide arranged transportation to/from the Omni Frisco Hotel from/to the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Upon arrival the DFW Airport, please proceed to the designated baggage claim area for your flight, even if you did not check your luggage. A transportation representative will meet you in the baggage claim area with TurnPoint Services Leadership Conference signage and escort you to your complimentary ground transportation to the Omni Frisco. Travel time to the hotel is approximately 25 – 35 minutes. 

Shuttles will run continuously during the designated times below. If you do not want to wait at the DFW Airport to take one of these transfers, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation. Should you choose to fly into Dallas Love Field (DAL), you will be responsible for your own ground transportation. 

Arrivals: Wednesday, February 21: 11:30am – 4:30pm CT
Departures: Friday, February 23: 12:00pm – 4:00pm CT

If you are pre- or post-extending, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.
