PTC is pleased to host you and your guest for three nights, Tuesday, February 2 – Friday, February 5, 2027, at the Fairmont Monte Carlo. If you would like to extend your stay at your own expense, the group room rate will be available for three nights pre-trip (January 30, 31, and February 1) and three nights post-trip (February 5, 6, and 7) based on availability. Any additional room nights, airfare, or other expenses related to your extension are at your own expense.  

Extending your stay is not guaranteed as it is based on availability at the Fairmont Monte Carlo. After you have completed registration, the PTC Events Team will contact the hotel to confirm availability for your requested extension. Please note that your flights cannot be booked until you have received confirmation on hotel availability from the PTC Events Team. Your extended stay confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible.  

If you are extending at another property, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.
