Q: What if I cannot attend the incentive trip this year?
A: We hope you make every effort to join us this year. Unfortunately, if you decide not to attend, Brightspeed Business is not able to offer a reward in place of the trip. The trip is only offered on program dates, April 10 – 13, 2025.
Q: What is included in this program?
A: Your Brightspeed Business President's Club Trip includes:
- Round-trip economy class air and one (1) checked bag for you and one (1) checked bag for your guest.
- Resort accommodations (one sleeping room), all taxes, housekeeping gratuities, and porterage at the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa for the program dates of April 10 – 13, 2025.
- One (1) hosted activity per person for you and one (1) guest offered on April 11, 2025.
- All planned group functions.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day of the program are provided via either meal allowance or group function.
- All taxes and gratuities for hosted program events.
- Ground transportation for all arrival and departure dates, as long as you are staying at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.
- Ground transportation to and from your home airport may be expensed on your company card.
- Parking costs for airport parking in your home city may be expensed on your company card.
- Airport meals on arrival and departure day may be expensed on your company card. Regular business travel guidelines apply.
Q: Who may I bring as my guest?
A: You are allowed to bring one (1) guest to share in your celebration. This guest must be at least 21 years of age. Please note that you are not allowed to invite another employee as your guest unless they are your spouse, domestic partner, or you are engaged to be married.
Q: May I bring additional guests or children under the age of 21?
A: No. Additional guests or children under the age of 21 are not allowed to attend.
Q: Can I extend my stay at the resort before or after the program?
A: Yes; however, any additional expenses incurred as a result of an extended stay will be at your own expense. Please refer to the Resort page for more information on the discounted group rate. For additional details, please contact the Brightspeed Events Team (see Contact Us).
Q: If I extend my stay, will airport transportation be provided?
A: No, however, transportation to and from the airport can be expensed to your company card as long as you are staying at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.
Q: Can I upgrade my room at the resort during program dates?
A: Yes, room upgrades are possible, subject to availability and the hotel’s discretion. Any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility. Please contact the Brightspeed Business Events Team to initiate the upgrade process.
Q: Why do I need to provide a credit card at check-in?
A: Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa requires a credit card authorization for potential incidental charges during your stay. This covers unexpected expenses such as room service or minibar usage. The hotel will pre-authorize $200 per night on your card, which will be released within 3-5 business days after check-out if no additional charges are incurred.
