General Eligibility

Sales Performance: Based on measurable sales performance (including chargebacks) from January 1 to December 31, 2024.

Role Requirements: Employees must be in a sales compensation role for at least six months at the end of the year and must have been on full quota for a minimum of six months.

Position Changes:

  • If in a role for nine or more months, performance will be based on that role.
  • If less than nine months, eligibility will be based on weighted performance across both roles.
  • If moving to a non-eligible position but having served nine or more months in the previous role, eligibility will be based on the old role.

Selection Process: Participants will be ranked based on year-to-date sales performance as reported by Sales Operations. Only top performers meeting program criteria will be eligible.

Qualification Criteria

  • Must be employed and in good standing when the trip is awarded and at commencement.
  • Senior Management reserves the right to unilaterally amend, supplement, or eliminate the 2024 Awards & Incentives program at any time and without notice.
  • Senior Management will determine the start date for Awards & Incentives credit. 
  • A leave of absence may affect your ability to earn Awards & Incentives credit under this plan. 
  • There are no cash substitutions for Club awards.
  • All awards are considered taxable income. 
  • All winners must be Brightspeed employees and be on the payroll when the award is presented.
  • All winners must be Brightspeed employees at the time of the trip.
