Brightspot is pleased to host you and your guest for three nights, Monday, October 26 – Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. If you would like to extend your stay at your own expense, the group room rate of $359 USD per room per night will be available for three nights pre-trip (October 23, 24, and 25) and three nights post-trip (October 29, 30, and 31) based on availability. Any additional room nights, airfare, or other expenses related to your extension are at your own expense.  

Extending your stay is not guaranteed as it is based on availability at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. After you have completed registration, the Brightspot Events Team will contact the hotel to confirm availability for your requested extension. Please note that your flights cannot be booked until you have received confirmation on hotel availability from the Brightspot Events Team. Your extended stay confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible.  

If you are extending your stay at another property, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation. If you are extending your stay at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, transportation will be provided.
